This policy explains what Trandata Technology Solution collects when you use the Cinnamon360 website and request a trial or demo. It is a plain-language summary and not a substitute for a contractual data processing agreement, which we are happy to provide.
What we collect
When you submit the trial or demo form we collect the name, work email, company, optional phone number, the testing areas you select and any notes you write.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and user agent, for security and abuse prevention. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this website.
How we use it
To respond to your request, provision a trial workspace, and correspond with you about your evaluation.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered by email to our team and are processed by our transactional email provider in transit. This website is hosted on Vercel.
Application data processed during a trial stays in your environment: the Cinnamon360 execution agent runs on your own machines or virtual machines.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained while your evaluation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. You may ask us to delete it at any time.
