These terms govern your use of the Cinnamon360 website and any free trial we provide. Paid subscriptions and hardware engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement with Trandata Technology Solution.
The website
Content on this website is provided for general information. Capability descriptions reflect the platform at the time of publication; features described as beta or in development are not guaranteed to ship on any particular date.
Product names belonging to other companies are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced only for comparison.
Free trial
The 15-day free trial is offered at our discretion, requires no credit card, and is intended for evaluation of the platform against your own applications.
We may end a trial early if it is used to benchmark against a competing product for publication, to attempt to circumvent licensing, or in breach of applicable law.
Pricing
Published plan pricing starts at $49 USD per month, billed monthly, and is confirmed in writing before any subscription begins. Hardware automation, robotics and enterprise deployments are quoted separately.
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and may change with notice for future billing periods.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to test systems you are not authorised to test, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as is. Liability arising from a paid subscription is governed by your signed agreement.
